모두가 알다시피 세계적 금융 위기는 중국 실물경제에 큰 충격을 주고 있다. 지난해 중국 경제성장률은 9%였지만 4분기 성장률은 6.8%에 불과했다. 중국 경제는 지금 하방 압력을 강하게 받고 있다. 이런 상황 하에서 올해 성장률을 약 8%로 잡고 있는 데 이것은 달성해여 할 목표이며 실현 가능한 목표라고 생각한다.
